This policy explains what information is collected when you visit presentationpartners.com (the “site”), which is operated by Presentation Partners, LLC (“we”, “us”). The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we do not sell it.

What you send us

The site has two forms:

• White paper request. Your name, email address and whether you are an academic or a business professional.
• Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of story you need and any project details you type in.

We use this information only to send you the white paper, reply to your message and follow up about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf, and forwarded to our email. Netlify’s handling of that information is described in the Netlify Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the site is delivered by a hosting provider, which records standard technical information when your browser requests a page. This can include your IP address, browser type, the pages and files requested, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems. It is not used to identify you personally.

The site’s typefaces and videos are served from the site itself, so viewing them does not send your information to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, including EQ Story Works, Story Currency, Neuroscience of Persuasion, PathosStory.ai, WithFuel, Calendly, LinkedIn and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they collect or use information. If you book a conversation, the booking is handled by Calendly.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our client relationships. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing jnewsome@presentationpartners.com.

Children

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
